Step 1
The left drawer contains bots. Bots can be anything from the example of a bot setup to help field technicians troubleshoot IT issues to a finiancial advice bot. The system message part of the dialog window is for defining what you want the bot to do.
Step 2
Each bot has entries connected to it. When a tag is mentioned in the prompt the entry content associated with that tag gets sent to the AI along with the prompt. The example shown has mutiple clients each with a different network setup.
Step 3
Since "doe" is mentioned in the prompt all the entries with that tag are shown to the user, they can then select what entries they want to be sent with their message.
